The idea of the project was to create a modern public recreation space in the land of historical water reservoirs which were constructed in 1907, while keeping historical reservoirs in operational condition. Construction works commenced in January 2014 and the park was opened to the public in December 2014.
Services provided for this project were design management, construction supervision and cost management.
