Tbilisi Central project is a major refurbishment of an old central train station of Tbilisi city into the first ever modern type shopping mall in Georgia. The project set out goals to improve and renovate operational trains station offices with adding additional functions to the building such as: shopping mall with anchor tenants and extensive retail space, office spaces to lend and an hotel accommodation. The external area was also refurbished to incorporate the building into the pedestrian flows and to add external car parking space for 500 vehicles.
Services provided were project management in full scope, including tender, procurement, contract, cost, programme management, local authorities and major parties liaison as well as the Client’s representation from start till the successful completion. Just before the completion of the Tbilisi Central Project the Tenant Fit-out and Lender Liaison services were provided for the shopping mall operation company.
