MICROSOFTs’ new offices were relocated to a new location in Baku. The design was done by an architecture firm “KL Studio” with exciting mixture of different atmospheres inspired by the abundant culture of Azerbaijan while keeping the functionality of the contemporary office working space. The office, which was finished within planned tight schedule and to the approved budget, was completed in March 2018.
Services provided by ACT were Project Management in full scope, including Tender, Procurement, Contract, Design, Cost, Programme Management starting from Site Selection, through Design and Construction up to the successful Handover phase.
