Baku French Lyceum and Kindergarten project, started with the signing of the memorandum between the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Embassy of France in Azerbaijan and the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, in March 2011. The foundation of the Lyceum was laid with participation of the Azerbaijani and French presidents in October 2011. Located in the “White City” area of Baku, the Lyceum is designed for 320 pupils in scope of primary education, including pre-school education, and college-lyceum groups, where education to be held in the French language, fully complying with the requirements of the French national education system.
Services provided were Design Management, Contract Management and Authorities (French and Azerbaijani) Liaison from the date of the memorandum signing until the successful handover.
