Project/Construction Management
Born in 1982, Azerbaijan.
He graduated with BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Osmangazi University, Eskisehir / Turkey in 2004.
Tural has more than 10-year experience in construction industry. He has diverse experience in construction management and contracting where his first class professional and educational background, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellence have ensured the successful completion of the projects with extensive importance for regional development. He has a wide range of building experience including high-rise residential, retail, office and various scale sports buildings as well as an experience in a road construction projects. During his career he has worked under many different forms of contract including Design & Build, Cost Plus, Lump Sum and has previous experience with FIDIC and CMAA forms of contract.
Tural has an ability to manage, coordinate and negotiate between project shareholders such as project main parties and Client’s high-level managers utilizing gained skills in preparation and presentation of high management/executive reporting, guiding the strategy and getting correct investment decisions. Tural also easily understands and evaluates the contractor’s and designer’s long and short-term performances and attitude trends.
He is holding the Project Management Master’s Certificate by George Washington University, received in 2012.
In 2012, he received an “Honorary Decree” award by the President of State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR).
In 2015 he was honored by receiving the Honorary Progress Medal of Azerbaijan Republic through the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
