Born in 1978, Azerbaijan.
He graduated from the Business Administration department of the Middle East Technical University, Ankara/Turkey with BBA degree. He started his job career in construction industry in 2003.
Bakhtiyar manages financial & commercial issues. His detailed competence in this area include contract and cost management, such as budget estimation and control, payment valuation and certification, administration of variation order register, resolution of contractual disputes related with any commercial issue; financial administration, such as oversight of the financial statements, implementation of the cash management strategies; assessing financial risks, as Forex risks, interest rate risks, raw materials risks; administration of bank products like advance payment, bonds, short-term bank loans etc.
As Senior Manager and Consultant, Bakhtiyar was involved in more than 15 big scale construction projects in various regions of Russian Federation as well in Azerbaijan with the budgets ranging from 100 million to 1 billion US dollars. He has extensive experience in team building and management. His unique experience in asset management and control of big scale projects gives invaluable competitive edge to the company.
