Born in 1980, comes from Baku, Azerbaijan.
Graduated from the Yildiz Technical University, Istanbul/Turkey) with a BSc degree in Civil Engineering in 2004.
With more than 10-year delivery experience in the construction industry for public and private sectors, contractors, real estate developers, multi-disciplined consultants leading major projects from conception to successful completion. Anar’s diverse background brings a unique blend of experience in CIS region (Georgia, Azerbaijan) with a detailed understanding of the development, planning and scheduling, construction management, cost management, contact (FIDIC, CMAA) and claim management of the major project including airports, residential projects, retail facilities, high-rise offices, water and waste-water treatment plants.
He also has over 5-year experience in development of water sanitation financed by the international financial institutions (KfW, ADB, IDB, SFD, EDCF Korea). His responsibilities embrace the identification, appraisal, supervision and management of the implementation of several multi-millions water and sanitation projects.
In 2015, he received an “Honorary Decree” award by the Chairman of State Water Operator Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (Azersu).
In 2016, Anar was honored to receive the Medal of Progress for his contribution to the development of water and sanitation system in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Anar was granted with the Master’s Certificate (GWCPM) in Project Management from George Washington University, School of Business.
